When considering which design route to take, don’t forget to consider concrete overlayments, which offer strength, longevity and gorgeous design options. Here are just a few of the possibilities:

Spray texture. A spray texture overlayment is an economical choice, with a cement-based overlay offering limitless pattern and color choices. They are nonskid, freeze, thaw, mold and mildew resistant as well. They are more ideally suited for larger spaces and can be applied both horizontally and vertically. All spray texture overlayments are completed with a coat of our heavy-duty sealer which protects against the elements.

Stone texture. As the name implies, this option provides the natural look of stone but for much, much less. The cement-based overlay comes in many colors and textures, including blue stone and other natural stones. They are nonskid as well as freeze, thaw, mold and mildew resistant. They are also 3x stronger than conventional concrete and come with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, with an added 20 years plus life expectancy with correct maintenance. All stone texture overlayments are completed with a coat of our heavy-duty sealer which protects against the elements.

Concrete dressing. This choice is an economical cement-based overlayment offering the perfect way to restore concrete to its original condition. There is flexibility with color and it can also be applied vertically or horizontally, with a broom or swirl finish. It brings consistency to concrete slabs that have previous repairs which look inconsistent. All concrete dressing overlayments are completed with a coat of our heavy-duty sealer which protects against the elements.

Micro finish. A micro finish is a great choice for interior finish floor, offering a timeless look with a range of color possibilities. This style has a troweled finish and is topped with an epoxy and urethane coating to extend durability and lifetime of the flooring in high traffic areas.
